How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from our Adelaide warehouse in 1–2 business days. Most of Australia receives within 2–7 business days.

What's your returns policy?

Faulty or not as described? Refund or replacement, and we cover the postage. Changed your mind? Return within 30 days for store credit, as long as the item is unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and labels attached, hygiene seals unbroken, and in its original packaging (return postage on you). For hygiene reasons some items can't be returned once opened — underwear, earrings, opened beauty products and used bedding. Full details in Our Policy.

Is payment secure?

Yes. We never see or store your card details — payment is handled by PayPal and Square over an encrypted connection.

Are products really tested?

We've tried and tested the products we list, and we're confident in their quality. On top of our own experience, items from our suppliers go through quality-control checks against TrueFund's standards before they reach you. And if something still disappoints, our returns policy has your back.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We try and test what we list — so we hope you love what arrives. But if something isn't right, here's exactly where you stand.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In plain terms: a major problem (unsafe, significantly different from the description, or won't do what it's meant to) means you choose a full refund or replacement. A minor problem means we repair, replace or refund it promptly and free of charge. These rights sit on top of everything below and nothing here takes them away.

Faulty, damaged, or not as described

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos. We'll sort it fast — refund or replacement, whichever you prefer for a major problem — and we cover the return postage. For some items we won't even need it sent back.

Changed your mind? Return for store credit

We get it — sometimes it's just not quite right. You can return change-of-mind items within 30 days of delivery for TrueFund store credit of the full item price, provided the return conditions below are met. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. Contact us first so we can arrange it.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received them.
  • Original tags and labels still attached, and any hygiene seals unbroken.
  • Returned in the original packaging, with any accessories, manuals and free gifts included.
  • For hygiene and safety, some items can't be returned once opened or used: underwear and intimates, earrings, personal-care and beauty products once opened, and bedding once used.
  • Items marked final sale can't be returned for change of mind.

None of these conditions apply to faulty or misdescribed items — your Australian Consumer Law rights always come first.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item or approving the claim. Store credit is added to your account within 2 business days of us receiving your return.

Where your order ships from

Every order is dispatched from our Adelaide warehouse. We check and pack each item ourselves before it goes out, so we're confident in exactly what reaches you.

Dispatch & delivery estimates

  • Dispatched in 1–2 business days.
  • Delivered in 2–7 business days across most of Australia.

These are estimates, not guarantees — remote areas and busy periods can add a little time. If anything looks delayed, email us and we'll chase it.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders over $79. Under that, a flat $9.95 anywhere in Australia. You always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us due to an incorrect address or missed collection, we'll re-send it once the re-delivery cost is covered.

TrueFund respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

What we collect

You give us: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone and order details when you buy or contact us. Payment information: card payments are processed securely by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card details. Automatically: basic device and browsing data via cookies and analytics.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver orders, provide support, handle returns, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and — only if you opt in — send you occasional updates you can unsubscribe from anytime.

Sharing your information

Only with parties who help us run TrueFund: payment providers, shipping and fulfilment partners, the services that operate our store and email, and social platforms' advertising tools (in de-identified or aggregated form where possible). We do not sell your personal information.

Overseas disclosure

Some of the service providers we rely on to run TrueFund (for example, cloud hosting, email and analytics) may store data on servers located overseas. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled securely and consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Data security & breaches

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS encryption, to protect your information. If a breach likely to cause serious harm occurs, we'll notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart and preferences working. Analytics and social-media cookies (Google, Meta, TikTok) run only if you choose "Accept all" in our cookie notice — you can also manage cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint (email us, subject "Privacy"). If you're not satisfied with our response, contact the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
